A great mix of pretty much everything we do, Kettlebells, dumbells, intervals, Spinning, and Boxing. Suitable for all levels. €8 pay as you go or prepaid options also.

11am - Beginners RUNNING GROUP – Great way to literally get up and running and get comfortably and confidently running 5km in 4 weeks. The next 4 week Beginners group starts on Saturday March 1st – booking required.

SPINNING:  Fast paced indoor cycling workout on ‘spin’ bikes for maximum calorie burn and super fast fitness.

KETTLEBELLS: For arms and abs of steel and all round body tone and fitness.

RUNNING:

1. Beginners Running Group – 4 week programme designed to have you comfortably running 5km. Suitable  for absolute beginners and those not quite up to 5km. Booking required.

2. Balance running group – Join the main running group for weekly training runs, technique sessions and regular events. Try for free for one week and see if it suits.

PERSONAL TRAINING: Get fit quick and get in shape to join Spinning, Strength & Tone and Running groups.
