Balance was set up by Seamus Doyle in 2008 after 6 years working in personal training, group training and corporate fitness in Sydney, Australia. Balance now offers personal training at the Balance studio in Waterford City and group training at various venues and locations around Waterford. Balance also works with corporate clients and sports teams and offers consultancy to fitness centres, gyms and others in the fitness industry. Think fitness. Think Balance.
