4 WEEK BEGINNERS RUNNING GROUP: Starts SEPTEMBER 15th, at 7pm. Be comfortably and confidently running 5km in 4 weeks. Great way to start running or improve your running. If the time and day does not suit there’s also the option of a 4 week ‘one to one’ programme at a time that suits. Call for details.
YOGA: Mondays at 6.30pm. Great for fitness, flexibility, injury rehab and prevention.
