‘When I started with Balance Personal Training in late Nov ‘08 I was in a spiral of putting on weight and doing no exercise. I was unable to run 200m without stopping for my breath. Now as I write this four months later my life has changed dramatically. I have lost 2 1/2 Stone and just finished a 10 KM run. ‘After Christmas I was feeling very sluggish and out of shape. A friend of mine told me about Balance so I phoned and explained to Seamus where I was at. I made an appointment and began a weekly personal training session. Five weeks later and my lifestyle has been transformed.
I am now regularly exercising and I am also being more active. My diet has improved hugely after we identified what needed to be excluded, and what needed to be included. Better choices combined with practical planning has me focussed and relaxed with my diet.
